Barbara Glynn Prodaniuk operates her ceramic studio from her home in Truckee, CA. She creates her unique ceramic sculptures and pottery using wheel-thrown and slab construction techniques. Sculptural pieces may include some mixed media elements. These elements are chosen with care to help make the piece resonate with a shared cultural experience and often make people laugh. Porcelain and white stoneware are the clay bodies used and pieces are made in a traditional manner with a bit of a creative twist.
